A wonderful place to live. Management was usually very prompt and speedy with requests and repairs. Best apartment we've had.

Great place to live! Really cute apartments. And excellent location especially if you work in midtown/downtown. The property is also well taken care of between landscaping, snow removal, and general cleaning. The property manager is phenomenal as well. Any issues I have had have been taken care of promptly, which is all I can really ask for

This is one of the few reasonably priced and pet friendly locations in Billings proper. The grounds are well maintained, the tenants are quiet and respectful, and the staff is very friendly
